North Seattle Community College uses three long-term care facilities for the Nursing Assistant-Certified Student Clinical experience: Ballard Care and Rehabilitation Center, Ida Culver Broadview, 74-bed Nursing Care Center, and Richmond Beach Rehabilitation.

During your clinical experience you will be working under the supervision of a college clinical instructor. You will be paired with an experienced nursing assistant and will care for residents of different ages and needs.

North Seattle Community College requires its Nursing Assistant-Certified students to complete 72 hours of clinical experience and to obtain a clinical grade of 77% to successfully complete the Nursing Assistant-Certified Clinical portion of the course.
